    The Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) is a provincial Crown corporation established in 1973 to provide universal auto insurance to BC motorists. In addition, the Corporation is responsible for driver licensing, vehicle registration and licensing.

    Portal 80 Multimedia was contracted by ICBC to complete three online courses. The courses, Introduction to Autoplan, Autoplan Batching and Introduction to Claim Basics, were designed for internal and external services essential for their daily procedures. Portal 80, in partnership with Lambda Solutions Inc., were able to create 3 vibrant courses that helped ICBC streamline their delivery of crucial information.

    All courses featured:

    • A self-paced learning environment
    • Sign up new users, login returning students
    • Uncomplicated layout and instructional design
    • Complete backend integration

    ICBC Online Education have been extremely please with the progress of the entire project. Although the courses have only recently been launched, feedback has been very positive in this internally ground breaking development.
